Competitor estimate must meet the following criteria:

Estimate must be provided for verification and be original
Be a complete roof replacement
Have the same length and type of Labor Warranty and in writing
List the same style and warranty with equal value of roof covering
Include all material and labor in detail
Include installation of products and meet all the requirements to validate the manufacturers warranty
Must be a certified manufacturer installer
