United Exteriors Roofing & Cladding Co. makes safety a top priority and are committed to creating an Injury Free Environment (IFE), which is based on a culture that completely eliminates at-risk behaviors. There are four primary principals behind this behavior:
Supportive leadership by management
We actively promote safety and provide the time and resource to guarantee that the people on and around our projects go home safe.
Personal commitment by each worker on all projects
Each person will commit to understanding and applying safe practices. Each person will accept responsibility for their own safety and the safety of those around them.
Free and open lines of communication
Employees at all levels feel comfortable identifying and communicating safety concerns and are addressed immediately. Workers are not afraid to report injuries and everyone offers feedback.
Being held responsible for making it happen takes all of us. As a team we can create an Injury Free Environment.
We provide resources and training to our staff and crews to ensure that there are zero accidents. Protecting our people and our customers has been critical to the success and longevity of our company. We ensure that all safety precautions are taken and that our crews are trained on all safety procedures. Our in house safety officer has been trained on OSHA regulations and Quality Control Management to keep our workers up to date on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces. At our company, we believe in raising the level of safety and professionalism. We strive to be a roofing industry leader by complying with safety rules and regulations. This allows us to foster better working relationships between our employees, customers and suppliers.
We follow a safety program and apply the following:
